Ananas e-commerce is a startup founded by Delta Holding to connect shoppers and merchants on a reliable e-commerce platform. We are using the latest technology and innovation to make online shopping simple, easy, and always available.

We are aiming to become the biggest e-commerce platform in the Ex-YU region. Starting with Serbia, we are determined to shortly after be present on the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Slovenia. The platform launch is planned for summer 2021.

Head of UX
Description:

Lead and manage the user experience department

Key responsibilities:
  • Raise the bar on design quality 
  • Drive key functions to measure the health of the customer experience overall to drive necessary changes, both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Lead an embedded user experience team with the goal of creating a high-quality customer experience
Competencies:
  • Proven experience as the manager  of UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design
  • Experience leading projects in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary organization, including designers, researchers, product managers, and software developers
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating compelling design solutions and showing the ability to turn ideas into a holistic UX vision is a requirement for the application
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and manage ambiguity to influence and deliver results
Description:

Design and create graphical user interfaces

Key responsibilities:
  • As part of our agile team, design disruptive and intuitive User Interface (mainly on web and mobile devices) and customer journeys
  • Involved in the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with Product Owners, developers, and other designers to deliver the best digital experience for the consumer
  • Develop choices around design and user interfaces that enable the best user experience
Competencies:
  • Experience with creating user stories 
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS languages, and JavaScript 
  • Experience in prototyping mobile application interfaces for smartphones
  • Strong interpersonal skills, user modeling skills, digital product design, interaction design, and information architecture
  • BA or MA degree in Graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent
Description:

Support user experience teams by performing analysis

Key responsibilities:
  • Suggest user experience improvements based on unique insights driven by data 
  • Monitor and analyze user (buyers and merchants) interactions on the Ananas platform 
  • Analyzing data from log and from other analytical tools
  • Participate in user experience research and testing primarily by conducting research and gathering data 
Competencies:
  • Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office software
  • Python and SQL
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
  • Ability to analyze, understand and document analytical issues 
  • Ability to comprehend complex data concepts
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer science, Mathematics, or other relevant fields
Description:

Write copy for user interfaces and marketing materials

Key responsibilities:
  • Produce clear and compelling copy for the user interfaces and marketing materials, while also understanding the strategy and concept behind the work 
  • Collaborate with strategists, UX/UI designers, and marketers to execute innovative campaign ideas on and off the Ananas platform 
  • Deliver and invent new brand experiences for Ananas customers 
  • Collaborate with the branding marketing team to ensure consistency with the brand
Competencies:
  • Relevant  digital advertising industry experience 
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills that demonstrate the ability to create content that attracts, retains and grows an audience 
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, internal and external partners 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines 
  • Self-starter who can work independently to solve complex problems

Key responsibilities:
  • Define, discuss and execute overall business strategy to grow the Ananas platform 
  • Prepare business reviews for the senior management team and board members

  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, banking, or strategic finance experience

Creating, planning, and implementing an SEO strategy

Key responsibilities:
  • Creating SEO strategy
  • Optimization of the website, social networks, and digital content
  • Creating and planning campaigns

  • Collaborating with content creators to achieve the best results

Competencies:
  • Proven experience with SEO
  • Proven previous experience with improving business positioning
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and similar tools
  • Expressed analytical abilities and skills of finding insights based on a large amount of data

Description:

Customer acquisition via digital marketing channels

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports to clients analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
  • Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends
Competencies:
  • 5+ years of experience executing and/or leading digital marketing programs for top digital marketing agencies, internet-companies, or client marketing organizations
  • Vast experience in leading campaign operations across multiple channels and products preferable in e-commerce, marketplace, or e-commerce arm of retail companies
  • Deep expertise and knowledge in digital strategy, omnichannel, digital culture and agile process
  • Digital marketing savvy with first level of technical knowledge in all (or nearly all) digital marketing disciplines: Traffic generation (Search Marketing, display, programmatic, etc); UX, A/B testing; Email marketing; Social Media Management
  • Experience utilizing first and third-party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations - Advanced degree or specialization in Digital marketing is a plus
